Free delivery and assembly? What's the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

How do returns work?

If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

Can I order a swatch before purchasing?

Yes! Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space. You can order directly from our website—look for the “Order Free Swatches” section on our product pages. Once your order is placed, your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-2 weeks.

Will my mattress work for this bed?

Our bed frames are designed for mattresses that are 8"-12" thick and up to 130 lbs in weight. Anything larger may affect the bed's storage function and look.

It looks nice now, but...
We have had the cloud bed for just over 4 years now, and it started out in great shape, but the back cushions started losing their structure by the end of year 2 and now there is a massive gap between the mattress and the back cushion. I would avoid this bed and get something with a standard headboard or something with much more structure. It is a terrible night sleep waiting down the line.

great bed!
my first time ordering from sundays, the delivery and assembly experience was great. my bed was built with care and so far (2 months in) it seems to be great quality and I have 0 complaints. it looks super cute and feels very sturdy.

Perfect bed for relaxing mornings.
Such a great bed for us. Perfect for evening chats and morning hangs. Fits perfectly with our decor. Sitting in bed watching the natural world awaken is a real treat.
